Terms of Use

What this site is

This site gives information and opinion about Casinova and the way its sign-up, bonus, banking and support pages appeared to us. It is not a gambling service. You cannot bet, deposit or withdraw here, and nothing on these pages creates a contract between you and the operator.

Accuracy of the content

We write from screenshots, the operator's public pages and the figures we could confirm on the day. Casinos change bonuses, limits, payment methods and licence details without telling reviewers. A number that was right when we wrote it can be out of date when you read it.

Always check the current terms on the operator's own website before you register or deposit. Where we say the operator does not publish a figure, we mean that we could not find it on the pages we looked at.

Not advice

Our reviews are opinion. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and they do not promise that you will win or that a withdrawal will arrive by a given date. Online gambling carries real risk of loss, and you should only stake money you can afford to lose.

Rules for online gambling differ between countries and Australian states and territories. You are responsible for checking that you are allowed to use a given casino where you live.

Age and responsible play

This site is for people aged 18 or over. If gambling is causing you stress, free and confidential support is available from Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858. Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools are normally found in the casino's account settings or through its support team.

Affiliate relationship

Some links on this page may be paid referral links. If you register through one, we may receive a payment from the operator at no extra cost to you. This does not change the score we give or the problems we list, and we aim to be plain about weaknesses as well as strengths.

Intellectual property and liability

The text and layout of this site belong to us. Casino names, logos and game titles belong to their owners and appear only to describe what we reviewed. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page.

We are not liable for losses arising from your use of any casino we mention, or for interruptions to this site. We may edit or remove pages at any time.
